Joaco's Hole-in-one
In Torque GC’s home tournament in Mexico City, Joaquin Niemann kicked off the festivities in a big way. The captain made a hole-in-one on his first shot of the tournament, at the 161-yard fourth hole. It was the 16th ace in league history and the first one recorded by a player on the opening shot of his round. Niemann joins Graeme McDowell as the only players to record two aces in league history, with his first one coming in 2024 in Hong Kong.
