LIV Golf is the first truly global golf league. We’re high-performance, team-powered golf built for the next era of players and fans. We bring the game's best and biggest stars to iconic venues and a boundary-pushing fan experience to the four corners of the world. To date, LIV Golf events have welcomed fans from over 35 countries and all 50 U.S. States while our broadcasts reach nearly 900M households across more than 200 international territories. One league. How We Work
With offices in London and New York, LIV Golf is a truly global team, collaborating across time zones to build something bold and new. Here’s how we stay aligned, agile, and in touch, wherever we are.
Our core collaboration hours help ensure real-time overlap across regions while giving flexibility to structure your day for productivity. We’re big on feedback and development, with annual review cycles, regular 1:1s, team meetings, and open-door policies that ensure ideas and careers can grow.
We provide opportunities for teams and offices to get together outside of work, as well as employee activations when we’re on the road to create cohesion among teams and regular Town Halls, Q&As with the Exec Team, and updates from various departments, team meetings, and 1:1s provide a transparent view of what’s happening across the business.

At LIV Golf, our Impact and Sustainability team is driven by a simple mission: to enable and inspire a better tomorrow through the game we love. We’re using the power of sport to make a meaningful difference, on and off the course with initiatives that focus on our Game, Community, and Planet. From climate-positive events and circular solutions to education and employment opportunities for young people and underrepresented communities, we’re committed to creating impact where it matters most.
With each of our 14 events across the globe, we work with local organizations and non-profits to create change across the region that will long term results, and that we can continue to build upon year of over year. When it comes to Sustainability, we are setting a new standard as the first league, tour, or major body in the golf industry to be ISO 20121 certified. LIV Golf joins the likes of F1 and the Olympics to achieve this international standard for sustainable event management.
